| ロティ は北カリフォルニアのナパ・バレーの小さな町の数々から影響を受けました。
生活のスピードは都会よりも少しゆっくりと穏やかで、良質のワインと美味しい料理がごく当たり前の日常生活の一部である場所。ナパの小さな町の多くが、60年代の街並みのままで、まるでほとんど変わっていないかのようです。 そんな60年代カリフォルニアのノスタルジックな雰囲気をモダン・レトロなインテリアデザインで表現しました。 店内は2つの異なるコンセプトに分かれています。 手前はワインバーとして、北アメリカの素晴らしいワインの数々を20種以上、グラスやカラフェでご用意。ワインバーにぴったりなワインに良く合う前菜とともにお楽しみ頂けます。 店内奥はブラッセリーとなっており、ロティのシンプルかつ力強いアメリカンブラッセリーの料理の数々を、エレガントなダイニングスタイルの雰囲気の中でお召し上がりいただけます。 スペシャリティーはロティサリーチキンや炭焼きのステーキ、チョップスやリブなど、お馴染みの定番メニューとともにご用意しております。 ROTI takes its inspiration from the small towns of the Napa valley region of Northern California. Life there is a little slower, more relaxed, a place where good wine and good food is just a part of normal everyday living. Many of these small rural Napa towns still look the way they did back in the 60's; little seems to have changed over the years. We have tried to capture that Nostalgic 60's Californian feeling with our modern/retro interior design. The space itself is divided into two separate concepts. The front offers the Wine Bar with its well-crafted selection of fine North American wines with more than twenty by the glass and carafe, in several different sizes and a bar menu of wine & friendly appetizers perfectly suited to the social environment of the wine bar. While in the back of the room you'll find the Brasserie offering customers a more formal dining setting serving ROTI's brand of simple and robust American Brasserie cuisine. House specialties include Rotisserie Chicken, Char-Grilled Steaks, Chops & Ribs along with many of ROTI's tried and trusted favorite recipes borrowed. |
